Coordinator Package

For the brides who are planning the wedding completely on their own, but want someone to be in charge on the day of so they can relax and enjoy their day. I will make sure everything runs smoothly so you don't have to!

Coordinator Package - $1500*

Pre-Ceremony (3-4 weeks prior to wedding day)

  • Write-up of detailed Timeline and floor plan for vendors 

  • Unlimited texting & email correspondence 

  • 2 (1.5 hours) in-person meetings 

  • Follow-up phone calls with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day 

  • Provide timeline to all vendors 

  • Point of Contact to all vendors

 

Wedding Day 

  • Vendor management and Point of Contact 

  • Up to 8 hours day of ceremony ($75 per hour overtime) 

  • Oversee Vendor set up and all deliveries 

  • Oversee and assist with ceremony/reception decoration

  • Resolve any issues during ceremony/reception 

  • Set up welcome/guest book/gift table decorations

  • Place name cards/seating chart 

  • Point of Contact for guests and bridal party 

  • Emergency Kit on hand 

  • Organize and release processional 

  • Coordinate announcements with DJ/MC 

  • Maintain wedding schedule/flow 

  • Pass out Vendor tips and acquire signature receipts 

  • Assist with clean-up/packing gifts 

  • Oversee Vendor clean-up 

 

*Up to 150 guests. $10 per extra guest. 

 

50% deposit required upon booking, remainder due 15 days prior to wedding date.
