Teamwork Package - $3500*

Pre-Ceremony 

• Contact desired vendors and make appointments 

• Unlimited texting & email correspondence 

• 3 (1.5 hours) in-person meetings 

• Create wedding website 

• Design Save the Dates & Invitations

• Track RSVPs ($75 to Address & Mail Save the Dates/Invitations) 

• Follow-up phone calls with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day 

• Provide timeline to all vendors 

• Point of Contact to all vendors

• 1 hour for wedding rehearsal ($75 per hour overtime) 

 

Wedding Day 

• Vendor management and Point of Contact 

• Up to 8 hours day of ceremony ($75 per hour overtime) 

• Oversee Vendor set up and all deliveries 

• Oversee and assist with ceremony/reception decoration

• Resolve any issues during ceremony/reception 

• Set up welcome/guest book/gift table decorations

• Place name cards/seating chart 

• Point of Contact for guests and bridal party 

• Emergency Kit on hand 

• Organize and release processional 

• Coordinate announcements with DJ/MC 

• Maintain wedding schedule/flow 

• Pass out Vendor tips and acquire signature receipts 

• Assist with clean-up/packing gifts 

• Oversee Vendor clean-up 

 

*Weddings booked less than 6 months prior to wedding date will cost $4500. 

*Up to 150 guests. $10 per extra guest. 

 

50% deposit required upon booking, remainder due 30 days prior to wedding date.
